How to reach the people who run this website — and, more importantly, who to contact instead for anything to do with an order.
If your question is about an order, prescription, shipment or refund
Please do not email us. We cannot help, because we have no access to any of it. This website is an independent information hub. We are not Syra Rx, Premier Offer Group LLC, LocumTele or Rush Pharmacy. We cannot see your account, look up an order, change a shipment, process a refund or answer a clinical question.
For anything of that kind, contact Syra Rx support directly through the official site. They are the only ones who can act on it, and going through us just adds delay.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If something on this site is factually wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it. This is the message we most want to receive.
- Clarity. If a page is confusing or leaves an obvious question unanswered, that is useful to know.
- Suggestions. Topics you looked for and could not find.
- Business and rights enquiries. Including from companies mentioned on this site who believe we have mischaracterised something.

We do not operate a contact form, a phone line or a live chat. Email is the only channel.
What we will never do
- Ask you for medical information. We have no reason to hold it and no way to act on it.
- Ask for payment details, your Syra Rx login, or any account credentials.
- Contact you first to offer a refund, a discount or a “problem with your order”.
If someone claiming to be from this site contacts you asking for any of the above, it is not us. Health and weight-loss offers attract impersonation scams. Treat unsolicited contact about an order with suspicion, and verify through the official platform rather than through whoever contacted you.
