Privacy policy
What this website collects, what it does not, and what rights you have. Last updated 3 November 2026.
The short version. This is a content website. We do not ask for your name, your email, your medical information or your payment details. We have no accounts, no forms and no logins. We use basic analytics to understand which pages people read, and affiliate tracking so referrals are attributed correctly.
Important: we are not Syra Rx
This policy covers syrarx.org only. When you click through to the Syra Rx platform, you leave this site and their privacy policy applies to everything that happens from that point — including any medical information you provide during an assessment. We never see any of it. Read their policy before entering personal or health information.
What we collect
Automatically
- Standard server log data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps
- Aggregate analytics about which pages are read and for how long
Through affiliate tracking
When you click an affiliate link, the affiliate network may set a cookie or use a tracking parameter so that a resulting referral is attributed to this site. This is how we are paid. We receive aggregate reporting — how many referrals occurred — not your identity or anything about your health.
What we never collect
- Names, addresses or phone numbers
- Medical or health information of any kind
- Payment card or bank details
- Account credentials
Cookies
This site may use: strictly necessary cookies for basic function; analytics cookies to understand traffic; and affiliate tracking cookies set by advertising networks when you click an outbound link. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may prevent a referral being attributed to us but will not affect your ability to read the site or to use Syra Rx.
Third parties
We may use third-party analytics providers and affiliate networks, which operate under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Depending where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, to object to processing, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. Since we do not collect identifying information in the ordinary course, there is usually nothing for us to retrieve or delete — but if you believe we hold data about you, email contact@syrarx.org and we will respond.
Most browsers support a Do Not Track signal and a Global Privacy Control signal. We honour GPC signals where technically able to.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. The service we write about also requires users to be 18 or older.
Data retention and security
Server logs and aggregate analytics are retained only as long as useful for operating the site. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
International visitors
This site is operated for a U.S. audience, and the service it describes is available only in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, data may be processed in the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
